Born, raised and trained in France, Yves Fournier has spent the last twenty years perfecting his skills in Pastry Arts. Chef Yves has worked at some of the world's most prominent hotels including Le Meridien,
The Ritz Carlton, The Fairmont Hotel, and the Hyatt Regency. His positions included Pastry Chef and Executive Pastry Chef. Currently Chef Yves teaches and is the Executive Pastry Chef at the San Diego Culinary Institute.
