Chef - Sally's Seafood on the Water

 

 

Born and raised in Kleinenbroich, Germany, Sarah Linkenheil always loved the adventure found in creating and preparing meals with her parents. Following her passion, she began studying as an apprentice with the Swissotel Dusseldorf in the summer of 1996.

Sarah picked up hints of flavors from all over the globe as she traveled the world and gained experience at big name resorts such as the 5-Star Hotel Steigenberger Belvedere in Davos, Switzerland, Restaurant Fischstube Zurichhorn at the famous Lake Zurich, Switzerland and the Lodge at Vail. At the Park Hyatt Beaver Creek Resort and Spa.

Sarah advanced from an international intern to culinary supervisor of the newly opened, French inspired fine-dining Restaurant "Vue." It was there that she was promoted to Sous Chef under Executive Chef Pascal Coudouy in 2005. Chef Sarah brings over 11 years of culinary experience to Sally's Seafood on the Water.
