Sarah picked up hints of flavors from all over the globe as she traveled the world and gained experience at big name resorts such as the 5-Star Hotel Steigenberger Belvedere in Davos, Switzerland, Restaurant Fischstube Zurichhorn at the famous Lake Zurich, Switzerland and the Lodge at Vail. Sarah advanced from an international intern to culinary supervisor of the newly opened, French inspired fine-dining Restaurant "Vue." It was there that she was promoted to Sous Chef under Executive Chef Pascal Coudouy in 2005. Chef Sarah brings over 11 years of culinary experience to Sally's Seafood on the Water.
