		Florencia Palmaz Marketing Director - Palmaz Vineyards Born in La Plata, Argentina, Florencia Palmaz graduated with a BS in Biology from Trinity University in San Antonio, Texas. While still attending at Trinity, Florencia and her mother, Amalia opened a specialty food manufacturing company, called GoodHeart Brand Specialty Foods Co. The mission of GoodHeart is to prepare and cook handmade wholesome foods to the table of discerning gourmets with out having to spend hours in the kitchen. Based in San Antonio, Texas, the company specialized in event catering, a retail food catalog (Haute @ Home Cuisine), and wholesale manufacturing of specialty meats. Today the company continues in wholesale manufacturing with a focus on affordable organic and all-natural products sold through supermarkets and club stored nationally.
	In 1996, the Palmaz family purchased a vineyard and abandoned winery in Napa Valley known as Cedar Knoll vineyards. In 2004, Florencia relocated to Napa and became involved in the day-to-day operations. Today, Florencia’s primary responsibilities are the marketing and promotions of Palmaz Vineyard’s wines. Since then, she has worked with and learned from some of Napa’s premier winemakers such as Randy Dunn, and Mia Kline. Her hobbies are painting, sailing on the San Francisco Bay, and of course good food and wine.
