THE 6th ANNUAL SAN DIEGO BAY WINE & FOOD FESTIVAL OFFERS CORPORATE, SALES AND INCENTIVE TICKET PACKAGES

Custom Corporate, Sales and Incentive Ticket Packages Available for the 6th Annual Festival Held November 18-22

San Diego, CA (August 3, 2009) –Producers of the 6th Annual San Diego Bay Wine & Food Festival (November 18-22) announced today its corporate, sales and incentive ticket packages for Human Resources departments, businesses, tour operators, and destination management companies. The 6th annual Festival features over 170 wineries, 70 of San Diego’s award winning fine dining restaurants, 30 gourmet food companies, celebrity chefs, legendary winemakers, culinary personalities, and more. Corporate ticket packages give businesses the opportunity to treat hard working employees, VIPs, and important clients to Southern California’s largest luxury wine and food experience, said Michelle Metter, the Festival’s co-producer.

“This program gives executives the option to treat employees and clients to one of the most anticipated wine and culinary events of the year,” added Metter. “Corporate, sales and incentive ticket packages may be used to augment an existing corporate meeting, to entertain key accounts, or to use as incentive for exceptional employees.”

The following corporate ticket packages are available:

• Group Tickets: For the Grand Event, Reserve Tasting and WineRave, discounts are available from 10-30 percent off the ticket price, based on the order.

• Corporate Cabana: Grand Event only
  Businesses have the opportunity to enjoy the Festival’s Grand Tasting Event with their guests in an exclusive Corporate Cabana. The star-studded Grand Tasting Event will be held on November 21 at the Embarcadero Park North behind Seaport Village.  Seventy of San Diego’s star chefs show off their culinary artistry, 30 gourmet food companies will wow food and wine enthusiasts with their scrumptious fare, and 170 international winemakers and spirits producers pour some of the most renowned wines and spirits on the market today.  Also featured at this year’s event will be a cookbook author signing tent, live entertainment and the “Chef of the Fest” competition!  Corporate Cabanas are located on the water’s edge overlooking the San Diego Bay.  Seated in a private cabana, executives and their guests can sip on superb wine, enjoy fantastic food, and watch the sail boats cruise by while relaxing in luxury.  Benefits of a Corporate Cabana also include corporate signage on the cabana, 20 tickets and early entry to the Grand Tasting Event. 

• Create Your Own:
  Companies also have the opportunity to choose the events that their guests would most enjoy. Businesses that would like to attend the Reserve & New Release Tasting featuring the AIWF Silent Auction, buy out a cooking class or wine tasting seminar, purchase group tickets to the WineRave or any of the other events, can create a custom package that suits the desired experience.

Company-wide discounts are also available.  A company discount code can be given to its Human Resources department, offering a 10 percent discount for all tickets sold through the company.
