Deborah D. LazearCSW, C.I.M.
Deborah is a Certified Specialist of Wine (CSW), has a diploma from the Wine Spectator School of Wine in California Cabernet,a Diplome en Vins from Escole de Bordeaux, France, and a degree in Adult Education, which helps to translate her wine education to consumers. Deborah has studied with Cordon Bleu School of Cooking, England and with Master Chef, Jacques Pepin, asutored a cookbook, Dining Out at Home, and continues to teach the culinary arts. |

Deborah’s vast wine educational and writing experience keeps her busy as a teacher and curriculum author at San Diego State University, Extended Studies Program, with, the Business of Wine, A Day in the Vineyard, and, Wine and Food Pairing II courses. She was San Diego State University Teacher of the Year 2005 in the Business of Wine Course, Extended Studies Certificate Program. Deborah’s knowledge of the grape will guide those attending her tasting class to a new understanding of sparkling wines.
