Patricia Darragh is Executive Director of the California Olive Oil Council based in Berkeley, California. An avid cook, Patricia has attended Le Cordon Bleu and La Varenne schools in Paris and is a graduate of La Cuisine Cooking School in New York. After a career with American Airlines International Flight Service, Patricia joined the COOC in 1997. Always ready for a travel adventure, Patricia has traveled to over 50 countries and has logged almost 1.5 million miles so far.
