Executive Chef - Clays La Jolla

Executive Chef Clay Bordan brings a finely honed expertise and a colorful flair to all his culinary creations at Clay’s La Jolla. Originally from the East Coast, Executive Chef Clay Bordan was lured into the culinary world when his passion for food and eye for art was recognized by industry-revered chefs.

 

Bordan honed his culinary skills in a myriad of kitchens across the country.  Absorbing different styles of cooking from the Northeastern United States, Florida, Texas, New Mexico and California, with his use of high caliber components in his cuisine he has developed a unique cooking style all his own.
