Chef Chris works with Executive Chef Mark Kropczynski to put together a menu using the freshest Local California Produce, Seafood and other ingredients. He believes that less is more when it comes to the fresh product that is used. Because of this, he is changing the menu daily as needed with a major change every two months. Chef Chris comes to The Grant Grill from some of the top restaurants in the area, in addition to a splash of luck from Las Vegas. His most recent position was that of the Chef Tounant at the 5 Diamond Resort, The Lodge at Torrey Pines.
