Owner - Strictly Olive Oil

Nancy Ash is the owner of Strictly Olive Oil, a consulting company specializing in olive oil product marketing and education.  Throughout her career, Nancy has assisted foodservice and specialty foods companies with sales strategies, new product development, copywriting, marketing collateral, public relations, and trade show and event planning; clients have included Restaurant LuLu, Figueroa Farms, Clorox (food subsidiaries), and Manicaretti Italian Food Imports.  She has been a member of the California Olive Oil Council’s Tasting Panel since its inception in 1998, and completed the International Course for Panel Superviors at the University of Imperia (Italy) in December 2005.  Nancy lives in the San Francisco Bay Area with her husband and 2 teenage sons.
