If you watch TV, odds are you've seen one of BJ Fazeli's products. For the past two decades, the Orange County-based businessman has made a name for himself developing and marketing a wide range of health, beauty and fitness products. The savvy entrepreneur, however, is developing his latest product line among the rolling hills and vineyards of the Temecula Valley. Fazeli and his family, under the guidance of award-winning consulting winemaker Tim Kramer, have created a line of boutique wines that reflect his passion for wine and his Persian roots. "We are in Temecula because it is recognized as a destination as Southern California's Wine Country," Fazeli explained. "We originally looked at the area several years ago and fell in love with the Temecula Valley." Fazeli Cellars' wines are currently featured at many restaurants in Temecula and Murrieta. Additionally, Fazeli Cellars permanent facility will be located on De Portola Road in Temecula.

"Drink for you know not whence you came, nor why; Drink for you know not why you go, nor where."- Omar Khayyam 1020.

The origins of a particular grape are often an interesting and unknown fact. Fazeli Cellars is a winery that knows the origins of its benchmark grape, the Shiraz. They are passionate about sharing their story with you. The interesting and often unknown fact is that the ancient Persian city of Shiraz was a center famous for its wine. In honor of this, Fazeli Cellars is offering a series of wines that celebrate the culture and history of this ancient and beautiful civilization. Included in the Fazeli Cellars list of wines, are two special blends – one red (Yalda) and one white (Norooz). Each blend was produced to honor the ancient cultural celebrations they've been named after. Fazeli Cellars wine club members will be offered special events in honor of these blends upon their annual releases. Next year, Fazeli Cellars will move into its winery/tasting room on the De Portola trail in Temecula. Once this winery opens its doors, you will experience the rich and vivid Persian culture first-hand, wine caves and all.
