COOKING LIGHT RETURNS AS THE NATIONAL MEDIA SPONSOR OF THE 7th ANNUAL SAN DIEGO BAY WINE & FOOD FESTIVAL
San Diego, CA (May 20, 2010) – The 7th Annual San Diego Bay Wine & Food Festival, the largest wine and food festival in Southern California, is pleased to announce Cooking Light as its National Media Sponsor for the second year in a row. Cooking Light is the nation’s largest food and healthy lifestyle magazine, and with itsunique and innovative approach to delicious food and wine, Cooking Light is a perfect fit for our 2010 Festival, said Michelle Metter, the Festival’s co-producer.

Cooking Light’s partnership in this year’s event will add to the overall content of the Festival’s list of weeklong food and wine activities. Food lovers will be able to attend a cooking class taught by Cooking Light’s Executive Chef Billy Strynkowski. Grand Event attendees will have the opportunity to visit the Cooking Light Pavilion and sip on select wines from wineries and sample from gourmet food purveyors that have been featured in the publication. The magazine will also publish the winning recipe of the “Chef of the Fest” Competition, the action-packed culinary showdown, taking place at the Grand Event.
