Jason Rivas Chef de Cuisine for South Coast Winery Chef Jason Rivas graduated from the Culinary Institute in 1999 and has over 10 years of experience in the industry, working primarily in resorts in both Southern California and Florida. He also has experience working at a four-star resort in Virginia, and is a three-time “Best Chefs of the Inland Empire” award-winner. Earlier this year, Chef was awarded a culinary scholarship from the American Institute of Wine & Food (AIWF) for study in the industry, and earned his Chef de Cuisine Certification from the American Culinary Federation (ACF). Chef Jason Rivas is currently the Chef de Cuisine for South Coast Winery, where he has worked for the past two years. |
